Meet The Team
Partner and Creative Director
With 25 years experience, Andy takes the creative lead on all projects; personally working alongside our clients to deliver inspiring concepts and winning designs.
Andy has taught on graphic design courses and has run design workshops at local schools. He also hosts the Worthing Business Forum networking group.
As a keen birder and wildlife enthusiast, Andy is on the volunteer team at RSPB Pulborough Brooks and he is rarely seen without a pair of binoculars or camera in hand! Andy channels his interest into producing detailed bird illustrations. You can find out more about his art at Ashdown On The Wing. You can also follow him on Twitter and Instagram.
Partner and Office Administrator
The administrative linchpin of the business, Caroline is our bookkeeper and queen of the timesheet, enabling us to conduct accurate analysis of project budgets and scheduling.
Before joining Ashdown Creative, Caroline worked in the charity sector. She has also worked in nursing and as a professional chef, so we are in safe hands and well looked after in the office!
Stuart has 30 years experience in the publishing industry, working on a wealth of projects from periodicals to book publishing. After time spent working in the charity sector, and then as a freelance designer for over a decade, Stuart now brings his expertise to the team at Ashdown Creative.
In his role as Creative Artworker, Stuart works on many of our regular magazine, book and print projects.
After finishing her A-Levels in Graphic Design, Photography and English at Worthing College, Kirsty spent two years building her skillset in design, illustration, photography and videography whilst developing a freelance business. She then joined Ashdown Creative where she is now fully involved in a range of projects from branding, brochures and websites to exhibitions and signage.
Kirsty also enjoys writing and illustrating children's picture books.
